As an EU project partner, Föreningen Myceliet connects Swedish thematic expertise with experienced European coordinators. Our founding team brings direct professional experience in artisan food production, AI-enhanced tool development, adult education, health and wellbeing, and the stewardship of rural cultural heritage. We have worked in kitchens, on farms, in classrooms, and in code — so the resources we help build are grounded in practice, not theory. We join consortia as a reliable partner, contributing design, dissemination, and on-the-ground networks across Sweden, Portugal, Finland and beyond.
